Strength Training/Olympic Lifting

My name is Josue Cano and this blog is a collection of thoughts, experience, training and information using strength training and Olmypic lifting. I'm concerned with developing people who want to improve Olympic lifting but that also have goals to get to the Olympics.

I talk to lifters developing their mind, psychology, and spirit to create a stronger version of yourself not just through the weights but through their souls. I'm a plant based eater vegetarian for over 10 years. My compassion for animals inspires me to eat plants instead of meat. Animals have feelings and they feel pain. They know what is going on when they are being slaughtered. My purpose is to get an American Weightlifter into the Olympics and to promote plant based eating across the USA.

Below are some of my accomplishments.
