Surround yourself with SUCCESS!!!

In order for you to be the strongest YOU it's important that you surround yourself in an environment that supports your health and strength goals. The other option is that you surround yourself in an environment that sabotages your results. For example, you've been training all week hard but you're staying up late. By staying up late you are cutting your sleep short which cuts into your recovery. In order for you to be as strong as possible, you need maximum sleep to achieve maximum recovery. Or maybe you've been eating not the most unhealthy food and that will cut your recovery short and will deprive you of much needed energy!

Surround yourself with people who will NOT sabotage you! Surround yourself with friends who encourage you to sleep early, eat nutritious foods, or maybe who share the same eating habits as you! Birds of a feather flock together. This is very important to maintain your results so that you stay on track towards your path of being the strongest YOU!
