Cap's Cave Community FIT CAMP!!!

Starting first week of September Cap's Cave and i5 nutrition are hosting a community fit camp. What is the cost? NOTHING!!! This is a community fit camp for the people of cities of Oxnard, Ventura and Camarillo. i5 nutrition with Simi Valley 24 fit are changing the nutrition habits of the West Valley, Simi Valley and now Oxnard.
